Refunds and cancellation
These pages are available in English and Turkish. Türkçe · English
Purchases are currently made through the App Store and Google Play. This website does not accept direct payments.
App Store purchases
For subscriptions purchased through Apple, submit a refund request through Apple’s request page. Eligibility and decisions depend on applicable store terms and consumer rights. Shot90 does not approve refunds on Apple’s behalf.
Google Play purchases
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, use Google Play’s refund and subscription management processes. You can also contact Shot90 support for order and access issues.
Cancelling a subscription
To stop renewal, cancel the subscription in the store where you purchased it. Uninstalling the app or signing out of Shot90 does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments.
Website payments
This website does not currently accept direct payment. If web sales through Paddle become available, request a refund through the support link in your receipt or Paddle.net. Paddle’s 14-day request window is not an automatic refund guarantee; eligibility follows its official refund policy and mandatory consumer rights. Cancelling a subscription prevents the next renewal. The applicable seller and terms will be shown before payment.
Contacting support
Include your purchase store, transaction date, order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card numbers. Contact support to investigate missing access or a charge you believe is incorrect. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
